Applicant must be a sponsor of the event, and must be present during the party, and be responsible for the guest’s behavior, any theft, and/or losses/ damages during the event.

All garbage must be collected and disposed of at the end of the party/event. Arrangements can be made for 24 Deli to dispose of the gathered trash.

No food or drinks are allowed outside of the party room as it may spill.

Rental charge payable to 24 Deli by credit card, or cash at time of booking. $50 down payment (non-refundable) at time of booking. The $50 charge will be deducted from the total price/bill of food and fountain drinks.

No outside food or drinks (including no outside 2 liters, bottles of pop or water) are allowed in the party rooms. Party cakes or cupcakes are acceptable.

The applicant and its guests agree to indemnify and save harmless the agents and employees from any liability, damages, suits, actions which may result from the use or misuse of the facilities. The agents and employees shall not be liable for any losses, damages, thefts, or expenses, incurred by any of the participants in the event. The applicant shall defend the agents, and employees against any claims arising from the event and shall pay all costs, legal fees, etc. that result from any such claims. This Rental Agreement is a valid agreement by both parties.
