Rental charge payable to 24 Deli by credit card, or cash at time of booking. $50 down payment (non-refundable) at time of booking for 2-hour time slot. $100 (non-refundable) at time of booking for both private rooms for 2-hour time slot. $150 (non-refundable) at time of booking for groups of 95-150 for 2-hour time slot due to the extra cost of janitorial services.

The applicant and its guests agree to indemnify and save harmless the agents and employees from any liability, damages, suits, actions which may result from the use or misuse of the facilities. The agents and employees shall not be liable for any losses, damages, thefts, or expenses, incurred by any of the participants in the event. The applicant shall defend the agents, and employees against any claims arising from the event and shall pay all costs, legal fees, etc. that result from any such claims. This Rental Agreement is a valid agreement by both parties.
